How can I earn points with Onsport?

To earn Qantas Points each time you shop at Onsport, you’ll need to have an Onsport account and be a member of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program. When creating your Onsport account, enter your details, add your Qantas Frequent Flyer number and click SIGN UP ACCOUNT.

If you already have an Onsport account, log in to your Onsport account, select Qantas Frequent Flyer as your loyalty preference, add your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number and click UPDATE DETAILS.

You will now be eligible to earn Qantas Points on Eligible Products when placing your order. If your Qantas Frequent Flyer number is not linked to your Onsport account at the time of the transaction, you will be unable to earn Qantas Points.

How many Qantas Points will I earn at Onsport?

You will earn 5 Qantas Points per $1 spent on Eligible Products from Onsport. You will not earn points on eGift Cards, orders redeemed with a gift card or on returned or refunded items. From time-to-time, Onsport may offer additional points via special promotions.

When will my Qantas Points be credited to my Qantas Frequent Flyer account?

You will first need to ensure that your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership number has been added to your Onsport account. Qantas Points will then be credited 45 days after the date of purchase.

What can I earn points on whilst shopping with Onsport?

Members can earn points on eligible purchases from Onsport. Eligible purchases are sport, fitness and outdoor equipment, activewear, footwear and licensed merchandise. Members will not earn Qantas Points on eGift Cards and postage, transactions using a Gift Card as payment or on returned or refunded items.

How do I use Qantas Points on my purchase?

At check-out, please log in to your Onsport account or create an Onsport account and link your Qantas Frequent Flyer number. Once logged in, if you have a sufficient points balance, you will be given the option to pay the entire amount with Qantas Points.

Alternatively, you can reduce your amount in increments of 4,000 Qantas Points. Each increment of 4,000 Qantas Points reduces the cost by $20.

If I use Qantas Points, will I still earn Qantas Points on my transaction?

Yes - you will still earn Qantas Points on your entire transaction even when you use Qantas Points.

Can I use Qantas Points on my purchase if I earn points with another loyalty program?

No, you will not be able to use your Qantas Points if your Onsport account is linked to a different loyalty program. You will need to select and save Qantas Frequent Flyer as your preferred loyalty program to be able to use Qantas Points on your transaction.

Can I change my mind about earning or using Qantas Points once my purchase is already settled?

If your transaction is complete, you cannot request to claim unearned Qantas Points. Once the payment has been completed you cannot elect to use Qantas Points instead of another form of payment.

Can I use my Qantas Points in exchange for cash/credit refund?

No. Qantas Points cannot be exchanged for cash or credit refund or gift cards.

Can I use my Qantas Points to purchase an Onsport gift card?

No you cannot.
